Katie is not active on WIlders anymore, releases are dropping through slow (now. 3.3.0.4). What is the relaese calendar for the next half year or so? Due to ultimate rootkit protection promises the expectation is high, but action on your side is kind of low (visually), so what is up?

Hi Kees,
Don't worry we haven't stopped development, we have some exciting features in the pipeline which will be part of a new Desktop Security Suite we plan to release in the next 4-6 weeks. Given how competitive the AV space is we are understandably cautious about releasing advance product information as it might give some of our competitors the edge!
Katie does still monitor Wilders and provides updates as appropriate but we are also very busy right now on building a distributor base for our products.
We will post more information on this forum as we have it.

If any Beta Testers are needed, I have three xp3 machines that are available for Beta Testing.
You can email me or post a reply in the forum.

Above you say that Katie still monitors Wilders.
She has not posted since Mar. 17th.
Since then there have been posters with questions and problems.
Would good is a distributer base if you lose the users you have due to lack of support?
Some of the best software being used by members at Wilders also have the best support which, I'm sorry to say, DS is sadly lacking in.

Hi Danny,
Thanks for your comments, as we mentioned Katie does monitor Wilders but this is a time consuming task especially when there are many users posted in different threads and groups - not to mention all the other forums we keep an eye on.
To provide the most effective support therefore, we can only really do this if users contact us directly via our own support forum, email, telephone etc. This doesn't mean to say we won't respond in Wilders, just that direct support will take priority and be much quicker!

I'll try here rather than start a new message ..

Can you tell me when DS, any version, will support Vista64 ?

Thanks.

Hello,

Sorry about the delay we have been experiencing a few problems with our forum.

Unfortunately, I can't give you a definative answer. However, I can confirm Vista 64bit support will not be present in the next build.

I will update the forum when I have some tangible information.

Kind Regards,
