Hello My account name is RobertWebber and I've not received any updates since April 13 and the little icon in my tray is yellow and it's saying my virus sigs are not up to date. It won't update and I can't log into my account through the adviser. Please help!

Hello,
My name is Richard Rice and I also can not connect to the advisor. I have reinstalled drivesentry several times and have not been able to login on any of these installation. Any help would be appreciated.
